Christmas Abseil in the Mournes

Climbfest 2026
Climbfest will be held this year on the usual May bank holiday weekend May 1st to 4th with base at Culdaff and with climbing at both Culdaff and further afield around the Inishowen peninsula such as Malin Head, Port a Doris, Warm Bay Point, Isle of Doagh... The stunning Belmullet peninsula is the venue for this Colmcille climbing weekend meet in Mayo. Paddy O'Brien led a joint CCC and IMC meet there in August last year and many new routes were climbed ranging from V Diff to HVS. All attending agreed it to be a superb location.
