Having found my 'puff', Geoff Thomas and myself climbed this one. I found an elusive 2nd RP placement and chucked in a useless nut#1 for slowing-down purposes. Felt the grade to be HVS 5a, having chatted with Chris I'd agree E1 5a is probably about the mark when you consider the marginal gear - not to be taken lightly! I'd also say its probably deserving of a star, which I wouldn't apply to the, current, leftmost line. |

In retrospect, and after reclimbing Heidbanger yesterday, grade should be adjusted to E1 4c |

Dont suppose you have produced any topos for Malinbeg Chris. I seem to have no time at the minute, but will try and do so for the climbfest(unless youre on it already!). Anyway can I use your topos of Skelpoonagh and Muckross?- full credit given of course! |
