On Tueday Bill and I did Tower Ridge on Errigal, Thursday went climbing at Malin. Discovered a new area twixt Hell's Hole and the Laundry, which we named Magdalen Walls. 6 or 7 routes so far, mostly severes on solid black rock, some very well protected, some not. Were back again today, fine day, but very cold. Big flat platforms at the bottom can be slippery ( Bill did a passable impression of Torville and Deans on his fancy Keen trainers). Did SPA training at the weekend on Cruit with Sandra, ably instructed by Iain. Very Good. |
