Warm Bay Crowds Gather |
| Date: 3rd Sept 2005 Submitted by: Pete Smith On a warm and breezy Saturday, 10 of us gathered at Warm Bay Point to risk life and limb on the crazy walk-in so that we could do a few chossy routes before risking life and limb on the crazy walk-out. George and Mike travelled from Ballymena and Bangor respectively, and, having put in a morning at a sensible spot (Brazil Rock), they agreed to come and meet the Colmcillers at one of our "new hotspots". I bet they were glad. OK OK, it's not as bad as I'm making it out to be. The route Bill is on in the photo is actually very good, and the scenery is majestic. The people there were: Bill, Alan Tees, Geoff, George, Mike, Marty McGuigan, Peter, Tone Feeney, Colm and Pol. It was midge-free and sunny all day and we all had a great time. |
