| Date: 27/11/05 Submitted by: AlanTees There are only 2 ways to get that wet. One is a 3 week sub aqua course, and the other a walk up the Poisoned Glen in November. There was "much at stake" in this mission to retrieve one of Bill's abseil posts from the top of West Buttress (following our jolly Xmas bungee abseil in 2003) I think it was pleased to see me, having been up there 2 years, (even longer than Pete, though it didnt't complain as much and hasn't retired)and is looking forward to being relocated somewhere dryer. I haven't told it, its about to go on top of Ben Cormac as an anchor point for this year's event! |
