Route Description:
Start as for Alhambra, but continue straight up the crack until a rightwards traverse gains a small ledge; before a stunning layback up the crack to the top.

Led this on Sat and it's a seriously pumpy route. I think the trick on the traverse is to stay low until just under the big flake and then move up. Keep medium size friends handy for just after the traverse.

Did this again the other day and I would say that this route is a solid E1 5b without a shadow of a doubt. I was pumped out of my brains at the top! Great wee route!

Great route!! Made the mistake of traversing higher up (into the base of the small roof)... Made it about E1... Might deserve that grade anyways? Spot on, protection wise.

Three stars. Sustained,pumpy and satisfying climbing in a beautiful setting. The best HVS in Inishowen? Hard for the grade but well protected.
