| Climb the corner of Broadbinns Emporium to one-third height. Step left and climb the leftward trending diagonal crack by a tricky mantle to start and a second mantle to reach the ledge of Start of Something New. Finish as for Start of Something New. |

Cleaned the fuzz off the slab and upper wall a couple of days ago. Stunning pitch, superb moves and exposure. Take it steady on the top wall, lovely moves just choose your holds with care.

I confirm the grade, getting in 2nd ascent the following evening. CARE REQUIRED ON FINAL UPPER SECTION.
I can also confirm cool climbers (such as Dave and Michael) don't use their knees, as for myself....hmmm. |

Did this route at the weekend there and would confirm Pete's comments on "care required for the upper wall". There are a few loose flakes on the upper arete and an inspection might be needed soon to check/get rid. |
