I did mean to make a comment on this earlier. I concur with Alan, in terms of being clear about style of the ascent and I've not heard any dissent from the FFA's. However, keep up the good work and keep those new routes coming; especially as I can't contribute any routes myself - at the moment.

Only Kiddin! But seriously, as our club ethics officer, you should check the situation. I understood that if you climbed a route using aid or whatever, as long as it was made clear and you credited the FFA, that was valid! Does that also mean that Peter should rename it? Comments from all welcomed, but better on forum!

Explain please Alan

Agreed, I'll change it. Elizabethan too?

Chris McDaid - 29/08/2009
First ascentionists should be McConnell & Monaghan.

Alan Tees 23/03/09 - 24/03/2009
Climbed both Elizabethan and Oxymoron on Friday. Different routes. Elizabethan is much better, but could do with a brush. Topo to follow.

Alan Tees - 07/01/2009
If youre sure, Ill take it off.

Chris McDaid - 06/01/2009
This route is identical to Elizabethan in every way, apart from the use of 2 holds. Should be removed from the guide accordingly
