Route Description:
Climb the same ice gully as the Viper Pit. At the top of the gully move right and climb up the steep v corner. At the top of this move right round the corner and climb up over a large jammed flake about 5 feet up with good hooks onto the edge of the arete. Continue to top.

Had my eye on this one! Have seen it in great condition, layered in ice, but had no gear! Well done lads.

That's a great looking line. Bit of a bum-shot but shows the line and exposure nicely. We''l be needing to produce a Donegal Winter Climbs guide at this rate. Good work lads.

This is a good climb, the V corner is very hard on poor protection. How hard it is I,m not sure but it is alot harder than anything we have climbed in winter conditions. May be harder than IV.
