Route Description:

This takes a route up the centre of the western face from a slightly more elevated platform. Ascend on the left, and traverse rightwards along a ledge (good handholds) to the centre of the face. Go more or less straight up on good holds , but sparse protection.

Magdalen Walls W - Good solid rock hereabouts.

Trevor did a direct start yesterday at HS 4b/c. Start below the smooth overhanging start, just left of the obvious line. (it proved a reach just too far)(Senior Moment) I abseiled down, forgot my nuts and had to scramble up again. Next route, Trevor abseiled down forgetting his rope. He rejected my suggested name of "Alzclimbers"
